Lysis buffer to use in western blot
Required Materials
- Tris-HCl , 50 mM, pH 8,0
- NaCl , 150 mM
- DTT , 1 mM
- Triton X , 1%
- Protease Inhibitor Cocktail , EDTA-free
Instructions

Prepare in advance as Triton-X is highly viscous and takes a while to dissolve.
Solution can be kept for 1-2 weeks at +2 to +8°C.
