References are created from the References page (accessible from the "Resource" menu on the left side of the page).

Adding a reference to a protocol

1. If the publication you wish to refer to does not yet exist in the MolMeth database it must first be created. See above.

2. Go to the protocol's reference section (at the bottom) and click the "add" link.

3. Enter a search query in the text field to find the reference and select it from the list.

4. Click the "add" button.

Arranging a protocol's references

Go the protocol's reference section and click the "edit" link. Move references up or down using the arrow links to the right of the references.

The order is saved automatically, you do not have to confirm by clicking any button.
