I am about to perform a simple immunostaining procedure with permanox chamber slide. I never did it before and I would like to know where to star. I know that the cell surface area is 0.8 cm2/well, but I need to now how many cells to seed per well in order to have the chamber slide ready for next day to perform the immunostaining procedure. Any help will be appreciated.
